A GAUTENG woman has been found guilty of defrauding the South African Social Security Agency (Sassa), after she received over R123 000 in pension pay-outs while running a successful business. A Phoenix mother was killed during an alleged robbery near her home in Brookdale on Monday morning. Reena Premjith, 50, a clothing factory worker, was waiting for her transport to work, when she was shot and killed. A CO-ACCUSED in a multi-million rand Investec bank fraud case, Nishani Singh, has died in hospital. Department of Correctional Services (DCS) spokesperson, Singabakho Nxumalo, said Singh’s family was notified of her death on Saturday.
