Lordy! We’re already on our third Badass Women issue, and, frankly, I’m beside myself. To literally be beside the singular Diane Keaton (below) is a dream achieved. Among the handful of knickknacks that decorate my less-than-tidy workspace, piled on a bookshelf between impressive-looking designer monographs I’ve never actually read, sits a random assortment of crystal ornaments that I absolutely adore. Tacky they may be, but each piece holds sentimental value. What are you like in the makeup chair? I’ve worked predominantly with the same makeup artist, Lauren Gott, since I was 13 years old. There’s so much trust there that I’m always down for a look as long as my skin is kept really fresh. I don’t wear foundation; we just do spot touch-ups.
