University of Florida researchers to the rescue: They evaluated 89 free Android and iOS apps for a 2017 study and rated the quality of information, visual appeal, ease of use, interactivity, and—perhaps most important— how well they track your diet, exercise, stress, sleep, medication use, and other key steps you can take to manage your diabetes.
