The sizzle of chicken wings being lowered into hot oil is the beginning of Kimberly Ellis’ award-winning “sticky wings.” The tasty, sticky sauce she covers them in has made the wings the most popular item on the menu of her restaurant, Breaking Bread (@breakingbreadnation). The Baltimore native and her team have come back to the city’s only boutique art hotel, Hotel Revival, to show what it was like being able to use the hotel’s kitchen to keep her business going during the height of the pandemic.
