On Friends we were always laughing between takes, but there’s one particular memory that’s my favorite. We were shooting a scene where my character Phoebe was at Monica and Rachel’s apartment, and I had a line that said, “Oh! Paola Mendoza’s weapon of choice when fighting for immigrants’ rights has always been creativity.
