VAUXHALL has revealed the Astra Griffin (right), a new model with more kit and a lower price. Deliveries are expected imminently, with savings of almost £3k.
Based on Design trim, the Griffin starts at £24,795 with the 1.2-litre petrol engine (£2,775 off), or from £34,995 in Griffin Electric (£2,800 off) form. The spec is also offered on the Astra Sports Tourer Electric, starting at £37,195.
As standard, all cars feature exterior tweaks including tinted rear windows, roof rails (for the Sports Tourer Electric estate) and LED headlights, as well as front and rear parking sensors. Inside, you’ll find a heated steering wheel and seats, wireless phone charging and a 180-degree rear-view camera.
