In a lavish ceremony at Drottningholm Palace Chapel, Sweden’s Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia celebrated the christening of their infant daughter, Ines, while family and friends proudly looked on.
Bringing the sunshine, former model Sofia, 40, looked radiant in a yellow gown and matching headband as she held her five-month-old during the baptismal service, while her handsome husband, 46, donned his military uniform and smiled lovingly. In keeping with tradition, Princess Ines wore the family’s christening gown, which has been used since 1906. Her big brothers – Prince Alexander, 9, Prince Gabriel, 7, and Prince Julian, 4 – matching in neutral beige suits, also shared in their sister’s special day.
