I love this time of year: the leaves turning to red, yellow and brown. There’s a particularly leafy avenue near where I live, lined with huge chestnuts and oaks. I love driving down it any time of year but especially now for all the splendid colours (if you love autumnal colour too, check out Sheffield Park and Garden on page 87 in the travel section).
Autumn is also a time for letting go, clearing out, and saying goodbye to things that no longer serve us, be they physical, mental or emotional.
