1 ripe avocado, chopped1 clove garlic, chopped2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)2 Tbsp. mayonnaise2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for brushing1½ tsp. kosher salt, divided1 tsp. Dijon mustard1 tsp. PREHEAT grill to medium-high (400°F to 450°F).
