The case centered on Larry Harmon, a software engineer who found he’d been taken off the voter-registration list when he showed up to cast a ballot in 2015. But by saying he would discontinue the war games, Trump is in effect offering to stop the simulated mass murder of North Koreans. At the final press conference of his whirlwind summit, President Trump announced offhandedly that the U.S. would end what he called its “provocative war games” with South Korea.
