Boot camp queen! I got back from a week at Prestige boot camp last week and I felt amazing! I lost 10 inches all over and just feel so good inside and out. It was tough going, 18-mile hikes in the rain, reduced-calorie meals, but I gave it my all and actually really enjoyed it. I love exercise and being active. Wales is absolutely beautiful as well – some of the walks and scenery were stunning. It gave me time to think and reflect too. I’m back now and bracing myself for a week of fun.
