I love my freckles! I posted last week about having some semi-permanent make-up done. I had my natural freckles enhanced and my eyebrows done. Make chicken skewers with cauliflower rice like Michelle Keegan’s TAKES: 20 mins, plus marinating time SERVES: 2 ENJOY: As a healthy dinner YOU WILL NEED:  6tbsp plain yogurt 2tbsp curry paste 2 chicken breasts, cubed 200g cauliflower 4tsp oil 2tsp fennel seeds 1 x 250g pack tomatoes ¼ lemon ½ cucumber, sliced red onion, thinly sliced 1 Mix the yogurt and curry paste and use to marinate the chicken breast for 1 hour. 2 To make the cauliflower rice, whizz the cauliflower in a food processor, mix with oil and fennel seeds.
