Things are changing for St. John, the last of the major U.S. or British Virgin Islands not to feature a marina. Coral Bay, situated on the eastern end of the island, will land a $40 million, state-of-the-art marina, owned and developed by The Yacht Club at Summer’s End (YCSE). Technomarine Construction was selected to engineer, design, manufacture, and build an environmentally sensitive facility for this long-awaited yacht and megayacht sanctuary.
The planned five-star, 145-slip project consists of a $14 million marina providing in-slip fueling, wastewater pump-out, advanced electrical, potable water, and Wi-Fi. Onshore, YCSE guests will enjoy a multitude of conveniences, including a U.S. Customs office, modern crew facilities, concierge services, fresh produce and seafood, yacht provisioning, restaurants, shopping, and much more.
