New seasonal menu at Holy Carrot
Innovative plant-based restaurant Holy Carrot (holycarrot.co.uk) have introduced a new seasonal menu, to see diners through the colder months.
In line with its goal to offer a new way of experiencing and enjoying vegan food, Holy Carrot’s new menu incorporates ethically sourced organic British produce, prepared in a mindful manner. All of the new dishes are made with fresh, seasonal ingredients, and are free from gluten, refined sugar, preservatives and additives.
New additions to the menu include black radish and king oyster mushroom carpaccio, ravioli with tempeh, sweetcorn and lobster mushroom bisque, and baked crème patissiere with warm apple caramel sauce and peanut butter ice cream. New cocktails have also been added, including The World: homemade matcha soda, ceremonial matcha, oat and agave.
