Hullo! Have you found ‘The Perfect Pattern’, the one that is begging to be stitched and framed and hung on your wall? Except that it feels like it’s out of your reach–it’s huge, it has so many colours, it’s detailed… where do you even start? GETTING THE DECORATIONS out is always a longed-for moment. So many bring back memories of the Christmas they were hung up for the very first time. You might have inherited decorations, or handmade offerings from now grown-up children. We love adding to the collection too and this year we’re looking forward to reserving a special space for the pretty ‘printers tray’ on our cover (page 30).
