“Every night I throw a combination of produce—things like celery, red pepper, cucumber, mango, berries, and spinach—into my NutriBullet extractor, which is like a cross between a juicer and a blender. Then I pop it in the fridge, take it with me in the morning, and drink it when I get to the studio at 5 a.m., along with a skim latte. On breaks, I also munch on almonds or whole-wheat toast with peanut butter.”
